During my first pregnancy, I found myself searching for meaningful support and answers to my many questions—only to feel overwhelmed by the endless, often confusing information online. While my birth went smoothly, the postpartum period brought challenges I hadn’t anticipated: emotional ups and downs, lingering questions, and a deep sense of uncertainty.

Once I finally emerged from the fog of those early weeks, I came across an ad for online doula training. It stopped me in my tracks. I realized that doula support wasn’t just about birth—it also held space for the vulnerable, raw, and beautiful postpartum season. That moment helped me realize: I had found my calling.
